Supplier Portal
The county is introducing an online bidding process for commodities and biddable services. Vendors can see the first online bids in March 2016 and will see most bids online by the end of the year.
On the Supplier Portal, vendors can:
- Register to get notifications of solicitations
- Update profile information
- Review current solicitations
- Submit responses to solicitations
Vendors don’t have to register to view open solicitations, but must register to submit a response.

Open lab sessions
Attend an open lab session to receive one-on-one guidance. To attend a session, email your personal name, company name and date you plan to attend to supplierportal@hennepin.us. Bring a laptop if you have one.
