Find your 5 is a free, fun, four-week health challenge. The goal is to challenge yourself to eat more fruits and vegetables for better health. Participate on your own, as a team, or both.

Participants can access free healthy recipes, resources, food prep ideas, and motivational messages.

Win

Participants who log their fruit and vegetable intake for the entire 4 weeks will be entered into a random drawing for various prizes.
