Approval of Condominium Plats

As adopted by the Hennepin County Board on November, 1993

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 389.09
And in Accordance With Minnesota Statutes, Section 375.51

To Take Full Force and Effect January 1, 1994

An ordinance providing for the approval of condominium plats by the Hennepin County Surveyor prior to recordation pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 389.09, Subdivision 2.

Section I: Recording plat

Every person or entity seeking to record a condominium plat after enactment of this ordinance shall submit such condominium plat to the Hennepin County Surveyor for approval of compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 515A.2-110.

Section II: Approval fee

The proprietor of the condominium plat will be charged a fee for the approval and checking service by Hennepin County Surveyor.
