August Customized living/Housing support
Hennepin County is issuing monthly requests for applications to providers who deliver customized living services in a licensed assisted living facility located in Hennepin County. Customized living providers delivering services in apartments are in demand.
Providers who submit a Customized living/Housing support application that is reviewed and approved will be issued a Housing support agreement and will then be able to receive Housing support payments.

Gun Violence Prevention – American Recovery Plan
Hennepin County is seeking applications for the Gun Violence Prevention initiative. Funded by the American Rescue Plan Act through the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, this opportunity will provide funding for interventions and capacity building initiatives to reduce and respond to increased violence due to the pandemic within Hennepin County communities, including communities that were disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Hennepin County 2022 Unsheltered Point in Time Count(s)
Hennepin County is seeking proposals for the 2022 Unsheltered Point in Time Count.
Hennepin County is responsible for conducting the annual Point in Time (PIT) count of all persons experiencing homelessness on a specific day in January each year. The PIT count has two parts: a count of people staying in shelter (those staying in emergency shelter, safe haven, and transitional housing), and a count of unsheltered persons.
The successful respondent to this request for proposal (RFP) will work with Hennepin County to develop a plan for the count, conduct the count, ensure timely entry of survey data into PIT live, and prepare a summary report of the count survey findings.
