Reporting
Adult and juvenile clients ordered to serve a sentence on Electronic Home Monitoring must report to the Client and Community Restoration (CCR) building on the date and time specified by the court. Only the sentencing judge may change report date.

- Walk-ins are accepted, or you may call 612-596-0132 to schedule a specific time on your report date.
Documentation
When you report to Client and Community Restoration, you must bring:
- Identification (i.e., driver's license or state issued ID)
- A copy of the commitment issued by the court
- Self-employed individuals should bring a tax ID number and verification of business insurance.
Fees
- Clients on Electronic Home Monitoring with work release as a sentencing component will be charged $20 per day.
- Clients can request a fee waiver due to financial hardship.
